Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CozySnug Heated Hoodie. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused or lightly used, in its original condition, with all included accessories.
- Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to start a return
1. Email us at Cozysnugsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back as instructed.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work properly, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Exchanges
CozySnug is currently available in one color. If you need a replacement for a defective item, contact us and we'll help.
